Woofer is Olympia noise all star jerk Ken Ward (Hooded) and friends. Equipped with PowerStation Earth, spaghetti feedback loops, and a dollar store hat, SHAME and SHANE are the first two releases in the twenty six letter replacement SHA_E alphanumeric algorithmic library of one take soundshape tape jams. Shame is harsher, but Shane is meaner. Shame explores a post-apocalyptic haze filled world of sewers and toxic nightmares. Think Terminator meets PowerStation Earth. Shane is more about revving up the jeep with Kurt Russell and tossing grenades at all the John Carpenter Aliens hanging out by the foodcourt at the mall. Shane is a collaboration with all around zoner Erin Tanner (1909) on guitar shreds. Think Terminator 2 meets PowerStation Earth. Shame was selfreleased in 2009 on Stumptown Tapes of Olympia Washington in a super limited batch of 13. Shane exists only in the form of a master tape.
